Radisson Grand Marina To Be Erected in Sochi

Radisson Grand Marina Hotel will be constructed in the territory of the Sochi sea port. The future luxury 4-stars hotel is in line with the renovation of the sea port. Located in the vicinity of the passenger ship terminal, the 250-room hotel will feature a conference center and spa. The floor space will total 20,500 square meters.

Rezidor Hotel Group will provide technical support for the construction and will operate it after finishing. The construction of the hotel-resort is part of the preparation for the Olympics 2014. The property is expected to be launched by March 2013.
