Cristal Hotels & Resorts, one of the fastest growing hotel management groups in the Asia Pacific, has announced its plan to add eight more hotels to its current Chinese portfolio. This is part of the company's ultimate expansion strategy aimed at embracing highly promising hotel markets in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China.
Cristal Hotels has participated in a corporate exhibition and conference focusing on current Asia Luxury Travel Market (ALTM) issues. The event took place at the Shanghai Exhibition Center and continued from June 14 through June 17, 2010. The company used the event to get a better idea of local market characteristics. Now, the group has confirmed its plans to expand in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. In particular, its properties will appear in Er-Riad, Jedda, Hobar and Mecca. Its hotel in Abu Dhabi, though open less than a year ago, has already joined the list of the most craved-for top-level hotels in UAE.
After opening a hotel in 2009 right in the middle of the city's business area, Cristan Hotel & Resorts gained a reputation of a leader in business-class hotel management. Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi features 192 standard and luxury rooms, restaurants, bars, business center, conference rooms, underground parking, recreation area and varied infrastructure to meet all possible tastes and likings; there is also an outdoor swimming pool, spa salon with sauna and beauty salon.
