Aloft Hotel Introduces its First Hotel in Chapel Hill

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Inland American Lodging Corporation and Alliance Hospitality Management LLC opening of Aloft Chapel Hill, a stylish addition to the existing 39-hotel portfolio. This new 130-room hotel boasts a spacious business area, user friendly technology and enjoyable communal atmosphere.

The property is located close to the UNC campus, at 1001 South Hamilton Road. There is a Chapel Hill transit stop and East 54 Village, a luxury district that concentrates high end shops and restaurants and a top rate residential area.

Craig Lambert of Inland American Lodging Corporation is much satisfied with the introduction of such an object into the company's inland portfolio. He stressed the hotel's beneficial location in the vicinity of the University of North Carolina. “...The hotel is perfectly situated in Chapel Hill and will appeal both to people working in or visiting the greater tri-city market,” said Craig Lambert.
