Americinn, Starwood and Marriott Struggle for Customers

Hotel companies use different methods of attracting customers. These methods include convenient online booking services, discounts for extra night stays in line with frequent guest programs, and so on. For instance, Americinn hotel group provides a 15% discount for two-night stays and a 20% discount for a three night stay or more if you make an online reservation. This promotion action will continue until May 23rd.

Starwood has come up with its own unique Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) program. The company offers a free weekend stay for every three consecutive stays. To join the project, please, register at www.spg.com. The program is valid for Friday to Sunday nights and through December 19. You can register through June 30, and free weekend night stays will be available through July 31, 2010.

Mariott has launched its own free night stay promotion that will be valid from June 1 through August 31. Guests can earn two free nights and free use of a Herz rental car by spending three nights at any Mariott hotel. Members should register at www.marriott.com/rewards.
