4. One can find a taxi by booking it by phone or "catching" a free car on the road. The taxis that park near hotels usually have the most expensive rates, so budget travelers should catch cars away from hotels.
6. There are really many car rental offices in the city. In order to rent a car, tourists will need a driving license of the international standard and a credit card for deposit purposes. The cost of rent depends on the make of the vehicle selected and the term of rent.
7. Many travelers prefer to rent scooters and motorcycles as they are really simple to navigate through narrow streets of the city. Traveling on a scooter outside the city is not recommended. The reason for this is in roads. The majority of roads in the country are made of concrete, and so they become very slippery even after a small rain. Riding a motorcycle on them is very dangerous.
