Up to 48 hours before arrival date ( local time ) all cancellations are free, later we have to charge 50% of the first night. In case of No-Shows we will charge the first night as a cancellation fee.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 till 10:00. Before this it is possible to get a cold breakfast.
The restaurant is opened daily from 8:00 until 23.00, and offers both local and international dishes.
A bar with bowling is open daily from 12.00 to 24.00.

The motel is a few minutes away ( by car ) from the centre of Prague and near
highway D1. It is close to the shoping center.
App. 50 m. from the motel you will be able to find tennis courts.

The motel is located nerby highway D1, direction Brno – Prague EXIT 2A, direction Prague – Brno EXIT 2.
15 minutes by car from the centre of Prague.
To get to our motel from main railway station or bus station (Florenc) you have
to take metro C to get to stop Budejovicka. From there you have to take bus
(332, 334, 335) to bus stop U studánky (200 m from motel) or Vestec, Safina

We do have own parking lots in front of the motel, which will be free of any charge ( the lots are not guarded ).
