Then it’s time to have a look at unique modern monuments not listed in standard guides. The Monument Against Drunk Driving located on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment is a great example. It’s a huge 12-metre bottle with smashed-up cars inside, which is a perfect reminder that each driver is responsible not only for their own life but also for the lives of other people.

Walking in the Park of the 50th Anniversary of October Revolution, you should definitely find the monument called My Family. The original monument consisting of four different hands was opened in 2008. You can take very interesting photos with the unusual monument.

Walking in the centre of Moscow, you can hardly imagine that among the stone streets and traffic, there’s a romantic corner of nature hiding nearby. At Chistye Prudy, there’s an old Soviet dovecote that managed to survive to the present day. It’s like a real mini-zoo now. It’s located on Makarenko Street, near house 8. Besides different pigeon breeds, you can also see an unusual inhabitant here — a pheasant.
