Kaiolohia is a picturesque beach in the USA. This place is also known as a "Shipwreck beach". This beach you can find at the Lanai island. It is one of the most beautiful and attractive islands among Hawaii islands. Notwithstanding that fact that the beach isn’t used for swimming, it is quite popular among tourists.
This sandy beach has several strong streams but the main danger covers in sharp coral reefs. Tourists use this part of the coast for walks. Some tourists might look for treasures from the wrecked ships. Within several hundred years ships wrecked from the sharp coral reefs. Locals say that even years from now after the wrecks they still find valuable things in the sand.
If you decide to visit this beach once, you will be pleasantly surprised. On its rocks, you can find the ancient petroglyphs and see parts of wrecked ships near the seashore. Kaiolohia beach is quite big – 12 meters long. A great tanker is another outstanding artefact of this seashore. It has wrecked in the 1940s.
