Baku – the largest city of Caucasus – is one of the oldest city in the world. There was saved the complex of the Medieval defensive system. As long years ago, the heart of Baku is the Old Town. Such streets look like real art galleries. In the city you can combine walks in the historical places with the modern entertainment. There is a wonderful beach, the embankment, a lot of entertainment centers and aquaparks.

The Azerbaijan’s capital has a very rich cultural life. During the whole year you can see a lot of various festivals. City museums work for the whole year. One of the most unusual museums is the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum. There you will see the unique carpets, made in the 17th century by the best masters. In a daytime you can walk around the historical Baku’s streets and in the evening, you have to visit its lively modern districts. At night the city is decorated with a marvelous illumination.
