Lenght: 5.7 meters. Height: 7,2 meters. Width: 6.5 meters.
The unique man-made formation is the Stone Heirloom, also known as the Sanctuary of Oisi. Even in the Middle Ages the huge stone was declared a sanctuary. Next door was the temple erected. The history of the stone origin is unknown. Heirloom is impressive. The length of the monolith is 5.7 meters, the width is - 6.5 meters, and the height is 7.2 meters. According to the approximate estimates, the weight of the Heirloom stone is about 600 tons.
The stone is located in the hard-to-reach mountain range and is surrounded by rock walls. On three sides the monolith is surrounded by the rock from which it was carved. The lower part of the stone was not separated from the rock. One of the main particularities of the sanctuary is connected with the processing of the monolith subdivision. During the construction, the monolith was cut off from the rock, and an underground passage was dug underneath it.
This process was not completed and under the monolith a small recess has been formed that is filled with the water today. At first sight, it can seem that the huge stone literally floats above the small basin. Some researchers believe that Heirloom Stone can be part of the ancient Buddhist temple. The Buddhist temples were built according to the same principle, and carved out of the rock.
