Such an original idea belongs to one of the American charitable organization, which transfers the proceeded funds for assistance to people who suffer from mental disabilities.

The competition of unusual means of transportation begins in the city and ends on the beach. And lasting eight hours, these man-made kinetic sculptures cover a 15-mile path.
