Waldorf salad remains the undisputed leader among vegetable dishes. The recipe of this salad was initially developed yet at the end of the 19th century. Its recipe is very simple. To make one serving of the salad, take 2 celery stalks, one small fennel bulb, one green apple, and 4 walnuts. To make a dressing for the salad, you will need 2tsp of mayonnaise, 4tbs of heavy cream, lemon, salt, and white pepper.
