On the roads of Sweden, overtaking is allowed on the left side only. If a vehicle that moves behind is about to make a manoeuvre, it is recommended to move as close to the right side of the road as possible, giving enough space for the vehicle to overtake.
Many intersections in the country have circular motion. Drivers, who already move in the roundabout, have the priority. Intersections should be overcome slowly, but with confidence. Such behaviour as honking and trying to squeeze into a flow of cars that move in the roundabout is simply not accepted here.
