Marrakech - Roadster/Convertible Hire

Searching for open roof cars

Preset configuration of the white form above - search for an exotic car or a cabriolet at 'Marrakech - Airport'. Address: Aeroport Menara, Marrakech, Morocco.

In Marrakech, we provide vehicles at 4 different rental locations. Cars with a folding roof are rather of a rare type, so they are mostly offered in airports and railway stations.

We advise booking a cabriolet in Morocco in advance (several weeks or even several months prior to your trip), since the availability of convertibles in our car park is quite limited.

Marrakech, Morocco: cabriolet rental hints
The most widespread cabriolet models offered for rent in Morocco are: Peugeot 206 Cabriolet and Renault Megane Cabriolet.

At the booking time, please check the rental conditions carefully. Quite often, rental offices in Marrakech require two credit cards to guarantee issuance of a cabrio or a roadster.

We recommend ordering additional no-excess insurance that covers your risk (franchise), since the franchise amount for cabriolets in Morocco is quite high.

Make sure to inspect the rental invoice issued at the office in Marrakech and compare it with the information indicated in your voucher. Sometimes, rental officers make 'unintentional' mistakes in rental invoices.

In parking garage, examine the vehicle for defects and scratches carefully. If you find any of them, check whether they have been specified in your rental document.

When parking a cabriolet in Marrakech, it is recommended to unfold the roof and close windows in order to prevent theft or robbery.

OrangeSmile.com wishes you an exciting journey with an open roof around Morocco!

Previous hints
Even if you park your car on the side of a deserted road, in a couple of minutes there will be certainly someone who will tell you to pay for parking. As a rule, such a “parking space” costs no more than 10 - 20 dirhams. Even though the situation is ridiculous, foreigners are not recommended to get angry and argue with locals. Greedy drivers are likely to find new scratches and dents on their cars.
There are staff members at many large parking lots. They will help customers park their cars in the most convenient locations for just one dirham. Drivers are not recommended to reject help of these employees, because it will be quite difficult to “squeeze” to the only free parking space.
When you leave your car at the parking lot, do not be surprised if you find some new dents and scratches on return. Parking workers often move cars manually to make enough space for another client, so damage is simply inevitable in such situations.
