The famous Cologne Triangle is well known to the whole world – after all, thanks to those breathtaking views, one can entirely forget what sorrow is. The place carries some sort of mysticism, and that is why many people visit the observation deck more than once. Opposite the chocolate museum you can see another interesting tower called Malakoffturm. It is made in Romanesque style, but it is unfortunately closed to the public – you can only enjoy the views from the outside. The ancient Bayenturm, which served as a powerful defender of the city, is also definitely worthy of attention due to its unusual architecture.
