Inestimable historical landmarks and monuments of Malaga attract travelers from all over the world. An ancient fortress named La Alcazaba is set on the top of one of the high hills. The first strengthening structures were on the place of the fortress as far back as in the 11th century. Later the construction was expanded and added with new structures.
