The beautiful square Plaza-de-Santa-Ana, next to which Santa Ana Cathedral is situated, is considered the religious center of the city. The spectacular 14th-century building features traditional Gothic style. In the early 19th century, the cathedral was rebuilt, so today it is decorated with a spectacular neo-classical facade.
