There are not so many local residents in Fuerteventura, and vast majority of them are employed in the tourism business. The nature reserve named Lobos is the largest and the most visited on the island. On the territory of this reserve you will see over a hundred of rare plants. The nature reserve named Corralejo is another place of interest. Here you can walk on sand dunes and admire fantastic volcanic hills. The reserve features stunning looks of the Tindaya Mountain, one of symbols of the island.
