Romania is famous for its national parks and reserves. One of them, Herastrau Park, starts right behind the arc. On the territory of the park are located trading outlets, modern tennis courts. The museum features a large collection of pictures and sculptures created by great Romanian masters. This is a private museum and it is founded by an art historian Krikor Zambaccian.
House of the People is one of the most large-scale buildings in international terms. The height of this building estimates 100 m. Today this architectural complex is used for sessions of the Romanian parliament, and all visitors of the town can visit the Museum of Art that is opened every day. The central street of the city is called Strada Lipscani and this is the best place for visiting trading centers, restaurants and cafes. This is also the best destination for evening walks.
