Butoiul Sasului is considered the most famous eating place in Brasov. We cannot call this place a usual restaurant, because in addition to beautifully designed halls the complex includes two cafes, an elegant bar and a winery located next to it. By the way, the winery is considered the best one in the city. Butoiul Sasului is located in the historic district of the city. The first tavern on the site of the modern complex appeared yet in the Middle Ages. Today, the restaurant offers to its guests a wide choice of dishes from the national cuisine and vintage wines. The cafes serve a lot of interesting appetizers and salads, and the bar features a simply amazing selection of drinks.
