Real Castle is, probably, the most famous architectural sight of this place. It was built by Maya. On the territory of the castle you will see a well-preserved ancient temple, while the watching tower of the castle features a stunning panorama of the coast. Museum of Cozumel is one of the most widely visited places. The museum features several exhibitions. Here you will find a collection of geographic artifacts, exhibitions that will get you acquainted with the culture of Maya, and collections of plants and insects. The Central Square is a great place for walks. Near the square you will find numerous trading centers and restaurants.
