Palace of the Prince is the most famous historical landmark of the city. Even nowadays local residents devote many national holidays to their patron saint, honoring this amazing person, who lived here in the 10th century. Loggia Square is the location of a beautiful church named after St Vlach. Fine stained glass windows are the main decoration of the church. The hall of the church is the location of a huge statue of St. Vlach. It was made of silver of highest standard and covered with thin gold leaf. This is a true masterpiece of jewelry. The church was erected over three hundred years ago, but even nowadays it can be considered a true model of elegant architecture.
